What's included with my bike subscription?

Your subscription includes a bike, a phone stand, a delivery bag rack, a delivery bag, and a helmet. It also includes one free repair and servicing each month. Please note that if you lose any of these items, we will bill you accordingly.

What happens if I lose my bike or it gets stolen?

Please immediately report to the police and notify HMP BIKES representatives. If we are able to retrieve the bike, you will be charged a $150 retrieval fee plus any damages incurred. If the bike cannot be found, your insurance will cover most of the cost, but your security deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay an additional $500. Alternatively, you can opt for enhanced insurance coverage by paying an additional $25 per month, which eliminates the need for the $500 extra charge if the bike is lost.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How do I book a return?

Please contact us via phone or email to arrange a return. We require at least 3 days' notice to process your request efficiently.

What requirements must I meet to subscribe?

You must provide a US Photo ID, be 18 years or older, and proof of residency is optional but recommended.
